products and services to our customers. We do not reveal customer

third parties for their independent use, except for the exchange of information
with reputable credit reporting agencies, unless:

is provided to help complete a transaction
initiated by you;
- You request the disclosure; or
- The disclosure is required or allowed

Certain nonaffiliated third parties may provide us with services
for processing, accounting, auditing or other administrative activities.
We make disclosures to any such parties only as permitted by law. When
we do provide customer information to a third party, it will not be
for their independent use and we will insist that they adhere to privacy
standards similar to those which we have adopted.
